Clients assume full responsibility for all business risks associated with operating an online store.

Safety and Responsible Use

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their store, products, advertising practices, and business operations comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, and regulations, including but not limited to Shopify policies, payment provider requirements, advertising platform policies, and consumer protection laws.

We do not support or permit fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or unethical business activities. Any misuse of the store or services provided is the sole responsibility of the client.

Strict Zero-Refund Policy

All purchases made with us are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing any store, package, product, or service, you acknowledge and agree that we offer a strict zero-refund policy under all circumstances.

No refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be issued once payment has been completed, regardless of circumstances including but not limited to:


  • Change of mind

  • Lack of profitability

  • Business performance

  • Client dissatisfaction after service commencement

  • Delays outside our control

  • Failure to follow provided guidance

Once payment is made and services begin, the transaction is considered final.

In the event of delays caused by technical complications, platform-related limitations, client communication delays, operational challenges, or unforeseen personal or business circumstances affecting our team, no refunds will be issued. We remain committed to completing and delivering the store as agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Prior to store development, clients must clearly communicate any specific requirements in writing, including but not limited to:


  • Supplier integrations

  • Specific applications or platform features

  • Custom structural or design requests

Stores are built directly on the client’s Shopify account. Clients must provide accurate login credentials and all necessary information required for development.

After purchase, clients must contact us via WhatsApp and provide:


  • Their order number

  • Proof of payment

If a client fails to initiate contact, we will attempt communication via email up to three (3) times. We recommend that clients provide a valid mobile phone number during checkout to facilitate efficient communication.

If a client fails to respond to communication attempts, no refunds shall be issued due to delays arising from lack of response. The store will still be completed and delivered.

Should unforeseen operational, technical, or real-life circumstances delay expected timelines, such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Marketing and Content Disclaimer

All content shared on this page, including but not limited to profit screenshots, sales figures, testimonials, case studies, dashboards, or revenue examples, is provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Store Similarities

While we aim to provide each client with a high-quality setup, some clients may receive similar or identical product lines, themes, store structures, or layouts. Stores may contain similar or identical elements including products, design structures, or themes. Store names may also differ or be similar.

These frameworks may be reused in order to maintain efficiency and proven performance structures.

Custom Store Packages

Custom store packages are built according to the client’s requested specifications within operational limits.

Delivery timelines for custom stores may extend up to one week or longer depending on complexity. Weekends are not considered standard working days unless a team member voluntarily chooses to work during that time.

Right to Refuse Service

We value respectful and professional relationships with all clients. We reserve the right to refuse or deny service to any individual or entity at our discretion if we believe that a professional working relationship cannot be maintained.
