By purchasing any store, package, product, or service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms, conditions, and disclaimers outlined below. Your purchase constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Income and Success Disclaimer

This service does not constitute a “get-rich-quick” scheme. We do not provide any guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding income, profitability, financial return, or business success.

All results vary and are dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to, individual effort, business experience, skill level, marketing execution, decision-making, and prevailing market conditions.

We make no representations or guarantees that any store, product, strategy, or business model provided will generate profit or achieve commercial success.

All services, tools, products, resources, and guidance are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Our role is limited to assisting in the setup and structural foundation of an online store. The success or failure of the business depends entirely on the client’s independent implementation, management, marketing, and operational decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable South African law:

We shall not be held liable for failed stores, lack of profitability, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

We shall not be responsible for any financial losses resulting from the use of our services, recommendations, tools, or products.

Clients assume full responsibility for all business risks associated with operating an online store.

Safety and Responsible Use

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their store, products, advertising practices, and business operations comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, and regulations, including but not limited to Shopify policies, payment provider requirements, advertising platform policies, and consumer protection laws.

We do not support or permit fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or unethical business activities. Any misuse of the store or services provided is the sole responsibility of the client.

Strict Zero-Refund Policy

All purchases made with us are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing any store, package, product, or service, you acknowledge and agree that we offer a strict zero-refund policy under all circumstances.

No refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be issued once payment has been completed, regardless of circumstances including but not limited to:

  Lack of profitability

  Business performance

  Client dissatisfaction after service commencement

  Delays outside our control

  Failure to follow provided guidance
  

Once payment is made and services begin, the transaction is considered final.

In the event of delays caused by technical complications, platform-related limitations, client communication delays, operational challenges, or unforeseen personal or business circumstances affecting our team, no refunds will be issued. We remain committed to completing and delivering the store as agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Prior to store development, clients must clearly communicate any specific requirements in writing, including but not limited to:

  Custom structural or design requests
  

Stores are built directly on the client’s Shopify account. Clients must provide accurate login credentials and all necessary information required for development.

After purchase, clients must contact us via WhatsApp and provide:

  Their order number
  
• 
  Proof of payment
  

If a client fails to initiate contact, we will attempt communication via email up to three (3) times. We recommend that clients provide a valid mobile phone number during checkout to facilitate efficient communication.

If a client fails to respond to communication attempts, no refunds shall be issued due to delays arising from lack of response. The store will still be completed and delivered.

Should unforeseen operational, technical, or real-life circumstances delay expected timelines, such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Marketing and Content Disclaimer

All content shared on this page, including but not limited to profit screenshots, sales figures, testimonials, case studies, dashboards, or revenue examples, is provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Any profits or financial outcomes displayed may represent demonstrations, examples, or third-party scenarios and should not be interpreted as typical, guaranteed, or expected results.

Results vary significantly depending on effort, market conditions, experience, and external factors beyond our control.

No client information will be disclosed without explicit written consent. If a client provides written permission for their dashboard or results to be shared for marketing or testimonial purposes, only then may such information be disclosed.

Client privacy is handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy regulations.

Store Similarities

While we aim to provide each client with a high-quality setup, some clients may receive similar or identical product lines, themes, store structures, or layouts. Stores may contain similar or identical elements including products, design structures, or themes. Store names may also differ or be similar.

These frameworks may be reused in order to maintain efficiency and proven performance structures.

Custom Store Packages

Custom store packages are built according to the client’s requested specifications within operational limits.

Delivery timelines for custom stores may extend up to one week or longer depending on complexity. Weekends are not considered standard working days unless a team member voluntarily chooses to work during that time.

Right to Refuse Service

We value respectful and professional relationships with all clients. We reserve the right to refuse or deny service to any individual or entity at our discretion if we believe that a professional working relationship cannot be maintained.
